Mate, lets put it this way -

You named a char after Gash? Fine.

But you need to remember, in the world there are a lot of people who might find that offensive. Anet has to look after the little guy who doesn't like it, and so your asked to change it.

Don't have a QQ /wrists rampage over it, just get a different name and move on.

I have never been accused of or found to be using [ANY hack or exploiter in the game, and to be harassed and discriminated against in such a manner im beside myself.

I ask that everyone who has had a similar experience with a GM please post it so we can draw some attention to these issues, and maybe some one will do something for the players for once.

Ever read of a fantasy character with that name ?
Would you be happy if your Parents had Christened you with that name ?
Its a pretty silly name

Lets face it you tried to push the boundaries and got burned.
You know it I know it we all know it.

I suspect your now a marked man as far as anet are concerned and they will watch your account for infractions
You will probably not be given the benefit of the doubt if anything else happens.

Just enjoy the game and give up pushing anet's buttons
